Nurse Navigators play a vital role in a patient’s spine care. You will be assigned a Nurse Navigator who will serve as your point of contact for all questions and questions. We’ve made it easy to stay in touch with your Nurse Navigator through Force Therapeutics, which is an interactive online care platform. This service, offered at no additional charge, provides patients with educational materials, exercise videos, the ability to share information with your provider, access care instructions, and communicate in real time with your Nurse Navigator -- all from the comfort of your home.
You will be set up with your Force account when your surgery is scheduled.
